However, international data transfer takes place after processing, as all GA4 data is stored in data centers in the USA.

To further improve privacy in GA4, we have taken the following additional measures:

  • We do not use Google Signals.
  • We do not use granular location and device data.
  • We do not allow ad personalization.
  • We do set data retention to only two months.

Email Processing

We use ProtonMail to receive, send, and store emails. If you choose to send us an email, your email and its contents will be stored by us for up to 365 days. ProtonMail uses end-to-end encryption, is based in Switzerland, and is fully GDPR compliant.
